The El Cid was a U.K. right hand drive Mehari look-a-like kit car becoming available in the 1980’s (Citroen only ever made the Mehari with left hand drive operation) constructed from individual fibre-glass panels. These panels could be purchased to build the vehicle using an A Series donor for the mechanicals.

Many years ago SPOG was given an original unused EL Cid r.h.d.  fibre-glass dashboard. A mould has since been made from this panel so that more of the same can be produced to order.
