The bonnet of a Dyane is attached to the main body of the vehicle by two P shaped pins. SPOG has faithfully reproduced these pins from the correct D shaped wire with zinc coating for longevity.

Please grease these pins well when fitting (so that they and the bonnet can be easily removed if needs be) and likewise ensure that the P ending faces downwards. With the bonnet closed, the hinge pin in this position is trapped behind the side of the bonnet and is thus hopefully prevented from sliding out inadvertently.
