CAD drawn steel press tool manufactured by SPOG to stamp out new Dyane boot floors as per original.

Panels made from 0.9 mm sheet steel sprayed with black primer, to be easily removed using cellulose thinners prior to welding and proper priming purposes before painting.

Panels come complete with “ears” at the rear corners so no gaps left, strengthening supports attached underneath where the boot floor sits on the rear chassis legs, plus an additional lip at the front to tuck behind the vertical panel underneath the rear seat giving better contact for welding.
