A common area for corrosion on both front and rear doors of a 2cv. The metal channel holding firm the lower rubber door seal breaks away/disappears so that the seal hangs down in loops like a venetian blind. This is not good as the seal no longer works properly stopping road spray from creeping past the door into the internal aspect of the car to then sit under the floor mats and cause the metal floors to rot away.

SPOG’s repair strip replaces the original with a suitable return fold in the metal to firmly secure the door seal. One strip per door cut to length by purchaser for either front or rear door. Any “left-overs” can be used to repair vertical areas of seal strip if so desired.
